Senior year is such a special time, and your senior portraits should feel just as unforgettable! When Nalani stepped in front of my camera, she was a little nervous—but by the end of her session, she was glowing with confidence (literally and figuratively!). And let me tell you, this session turned into something truly magical!✨
A Sentimental & Special Session
Nalani’s session was extra close to my heart! She’s the youngest daughter of my childhood best friend, and the last of our friend group’s kids to hit this milestone. Watching her grow into such a kind, intelligent, and driven young woman has been amazing! She’s a senior at Tantasqua Regional Vocational High School, where she’s following her passion in the health careers program—future healthcare rock-star in the making!

Like so many seniors, Nalani started off a little nervous (totally normal!), but after some fun posing guidance and a little laughter, she quickly found her confidence! It was incredible to watch her personality shine through as we moved through the session. That’s the magic of senior portraits—capturing those real, authentic moments where you feel comfortable, confident, and completely YOU!
A Picture-Perfect Fall Day 🍂
We lucked out with the most gorgeous fall weather—warm sunlight, a light breeze, and golden hues everywhere! I always look for locations that bring out that dreamy, soft glow, and just when I thought we had wrapped up, something caught my eye.
The Hidden Path That Changed Everything
As we were heading back to our cars, I spotted a little hidden path. My gut told me we had to check it out! I asked Nalani if she was up for a few more shots, and wow… we found the most STUNNING, glowy backlit location! The sunlight hit just right, creating a soft, ethereal glow that made for some of my favorite shots of the entire session. Finding that hidden path at the end of the session was a total game-changer! The golden light was PERFECT, and the results? — absolutely stunning!
Moments like these prove that having an experienced photographer (with a sharp eye for dreamy locations 😉) makes all the difference!

Meet Jenssi, Y'all!
She's a senior at Burncoat Senior High School in Worcester, MA
Jenssi DM'd me on Instagram to inquire about my pricing for a Senior Session, and after chatting with her for a bit, she told me that she had already had a Senior Session, but she wasn't happy with her pictures. She went on to explain how she didn't feel confident and beautiful and that her poses looked forced and awkward.
When I asked Jenssi what she envisioned for her senior session, her main concern was posing, she wanted to look and feel confident and beautiful! She wanted a photographer that would guide her with posing, but not look awkward. I was on a mission to make this experience for Jenssi ahh-mazing!
Jenssi is beautiful inside and out - she met me at our location with a warm but nervous hug <3.
As you can tell in the pictures below, she was a little shy and guarded at first...
but that changed really quick!
As the session went on I could see her confidence really start to come through, and we laughed and joked! :)
Look at that beautiful smile and those beautiful sparkly dark eyes!
Jenssi decided to go with an outfit change and I loved her outfit selections for her Fall session!
This location was as unique as her personality...
At the end of our session Jenssi left happy and so grateful she decided to DM me that day! She had the session she envisioned and I left feeling amazing that I could deliver her beautiful images!
